आखिर मिल ही गया कलयुग का विभीषण

पीआर के भक्त होने के नाते मेरा यह मानना हैं की रचनात्मक सोच हमारा मौलिक अधिकार हैं | इसी रचनात्मक सोच को चमकाने के लिए मैंने इस नवरात्र में कलयुगी विभीषण को खोजने का ठाना | अब आप ये भी सोच सकते हैं की मैंने रामायण के और सारे पात्र को पछाड़ कर विभीषण को ही क्यू खोजना शुरू किया | क्या मुझे राम पसंद नहीं हैं या फिर रावण से मेरी पुस्तैनी दुश्मनी हैं ? तो पाठको, आप तपाक से मेरी जबाब को लपक ले की मैंने ऊपर ही बता दिया था की मुझे रचनात्मक सोचना था और जब पीआर (Public Relations) के चश्मे से देखना शुरू किया तो विभीषण से हुबहू मिलता हुआ एक कलयुगी इन्सान मुझे मिल गया | और मेरी खुशी और उतावलापन दुगुना तब हो गया जब मुझे पता चला की यह महान पुरुष पीआर से ही वास्ता रखता हैं | ‘प्रशांत किशोर’ उर्फ़ पीके उर्फ़ विभीषण | उम्र लगभग चालीश साल | जन्मस्थान बिहार |

पीके जी सबसे पहले चर्चा में 2014 के आम चुनाव में आये थे जब मोदी जी के जीत का सेहरा उनके मत्थे मडा गया था | उसके बाद इस विभीषण ने नितीश कुमार का दामन थामा और आरजेडी के साथ मिलकर बिहार में सरकार बनवाई | इन्होने ही सरकार बनवाई ये लोग मानते हैं , मैं नहीं | इसके इन्होने पीछे मुड़कर नहीं देखा और अब उत्तर प्रदेश में राहुल गाँधी जी को जिताने के लिए एडी छोटी एक किये हुए हैं | हाल ही में आपने समाचार में ये भी सुना होगा की उत्तर प्रदेश में राहुल गाँधी के यात्रा के दौरान उनकी खाट खड़ी हो गयी थी |

इस इतिहासिक कार्य के पीछे भी पीके जी का ही हाथ था | अब यह भी ख़बर आई हैं की केंद्रीय मंत्री वाई एस चौधरी की पार्टी तेलगु देशम के लिए भी ये अपना कार्ड खेलने वाले हैं | पंजाब में तो खैर आयेंगे ही | इन कुछ सालों में ही इन्होने करोड़ कमा कर असली वाले विभीषण को भी पीछे छोड़ दिया | क्या भारत में ऐसी सोच वाले को ही आगे बढाया जाता हैं ? क्या इन सब जैसे पीआर वालो के चलते ही सच्चे पीआर (Public Relations) वालो की कमी आई हैं ? इन सब का तो जबाब मैं भी अभी नहीं दे सकता हैं | हालाँकि मैं आपको चितरंजन पार्क के सबसे अच्छे पंडाल का पता बता सकता हूँ | नवरात्रा में आप भी डांडिया खेलिए और अपने आस पास रचनात्कम सोच से उनके पात्र को अपने आस पास खोजते रहिये |

The Next Generation - 'Virtual World'

We have seen days where we played outside our home without caring about the weather, no matter how bad it is and never cared about the timings. Starting from Gilli Danda, kite flying, cricket, football, kabaddi to hide and seek, we played with all our strength and never cared for anything else when it came to sport. The emerging world has changed so drastically that you just have to name the game and it would be there in the virtual world with the various gaming consoles. You can play it anytime just while sitting at home. Play it for hours and you will still not feel tired. 

The video games came into existence Since the 1980s, video gaming has become a popular form of entertainment and a part of the modern popular culture in most parts of the world.  One of the early games was Spacewar, which was developed by computer scientists. Early arcade video games developed from 1972 to 1978. During the 1970s, the first generation of home consoles emerged, including the popular game Pong. In the beginning of this new era, we had small handy gadgets to play which are operated by batteries. Later in 90's, the 8- bit console systems started floating in the market such as the games like Mario, Contra and Road Runner which were played by most of us. All you need to do is to get the console and attach it to your television. Using a joystick you can play the games and feel like it is you who is inside the television, playing, running and shooting the enemies. That was the time when video game parlor came into existence and later, these games were also released on personal computers and thus it become the need of every child late in 90's. The parents promise their kids to get good marks in exams and in return they will get the video game consoles. It was then the status symbol among the kids to have these gaming consoles.

Endman, Nintendo Sega, and Taito were the first companies to pique the public interest in arcade gaming when they released the electro-mechanical games Periscope and Crown Special Soccer. Atari (founded by Nolan Bushnell, the godfather of gaming) became the first gaming company to really set the benchmark for a large-scale gaming community. The world of gaming got changed once the consoles got available in the market easily. Nowadays, we have many gaming consoles like Microsoft's  XBOX 360, Sony's Play Station 3,4. These games are the sixth-generation era types in the gaming world or 128-bit era, we started with 8 bit and now moved to 128 bit graphics consoles. NVIDEA a company who only creates graphics card for personal computers has played an important role in the entertainment sector because it brings the revolution of graphics and designs, and with the help of which we can see better picture and play games on our systems rather than buying the consoles.

The technology has improved so swiftly due to which we have 3D games available today. Just by using an Electronic Goggle, you can enter into the virtual world of gaming and start experiencing the game so live that you can ever imagine in the real life. It makes you feel the smoke, the wetness of the rain and the smell of explosives altogether.  That's how real it is.   Our new generation has limitless options for entertainment while sitting at home!

धोनी ने कप्तानी से सन्यास लिया, क्रिकेट से नहीं

·         ODI वर्ल्ड कप2011, T20 वर्ल्ड कप 2007 और 2013 में चैंपियंस ट्रॉफी का ख़िताब

·         199 वनडे में 110 जीत, 60 टेस्ट में 27 जीत और 72T20 में 41 जीत

·         तीनो प्रारूपों में भारतीय टीम को नम्बर वन बनाया

सभी लगता है कि धोनी ने दबाव में आकर कप्तानी छोड़ने का निर्णय लिया | जहा तक मुझे ऐसा लगता है कि धोनी ने भारतीय टीम के हित में फैसला लिया है जो कि सराहनीय है | हम सभी भारतीयों को उनके फैसले का स्वागत करना चाहिए| कौन राजा नहीं चाहता है कि उसके मौजूदगी में ही कोई उनका उत्तराधिकारी बने| ठीक वैसे ही धोनी ने किया है | नए कप्तान विराट कोहली भी बहुत भाग्यशाली है जो धोनी की मौजूदगी में उत्तराधिकारी बने है| शायद धोनी को भी यह लगा होगा कि अब समय आ गया है कि भारतीय टीम की कमान विराट के हाथो में सौपा जाय | खैर जो भी हो नए कप्तान विराट को धोनी के अनुभव से काफी कुछ सीखने में मदद मिलेगी | हो सकता है धोनी का ये भी मानना हो कि जिस तरह से उन्होंने अंतराष्ट्रीय क्रिकेट में धमाकेदार शुरुआत किया था, समापन भी उसी अंदाज में करे |

विराट अभी नए कप्तान है और उनके पास थोड़ा दबाव होगा ऐसे में धोनी का मैदान पर रहना बहुत ही जरुरी है| हाल ही में जिस तरह से धोनी प्रदर्शन कर रहे है इससे साबित होता है कि उन्होंने अभी सिर्फ कप्तानी से सन्यास लिया है क्रिकेट से नहीं | अभी भी उनमे वो सारी क्षमताये है जो 10 साल पहले हुआ करता थी | पिछले कुछ मैचों का प्रदर्शन तो साफ साफ बयां कर रहा है|

कप्तानी छोड़ने के बाद से जिस तरह से उनका स्वभाव नजर आ रहा है सबको यही लग रहा है कि भारतीय टीम की कप्तानी विराट नहीं बल्कि अभी भी धोनी ही कर रहे है | हो भी क्यों न जो 10 सालो से लगातार कप्तानी कर रहे थे और एकाएक अपने आप को नियंत्रण में करना थोड़ा धोनी के लिए मुश्किल जरुर होगा | जब भारतीय क्रिकेटर महेंद्र सिंह धोनी ने सीमित ओवरो से कप्तानी छोड़ने का फैसला सुनाया तब भारतीय समर्थको को जरुर एक बड़ा झटका लगा था लेकिन अब लग रहा है कि उनका निर्णय बहुत हद तक सही है| शायद धोनी भी चाहते है कि दर्शको का ज्यादा से ज्यादा मनोरंजन हो |

इससे पहले काफी आलोचनाए हो रही थी कि धोनी में अब वो दमख़म नहीं रह गया जो 4 साल पहले दीखता था, उनकी बल्लेबाजी में और कप्तानी में वो निखार, नयापन नहीं रह गया जो पहले हुआ करता था | लेकिन लोग यह क्यूँ भूल जाते है कि एक समय था जब भारतीय टीम को आईसीसी रैंकिंग में किसी ने 7 वें नम्बर से ऊपर नहीं देखा होगा और आज सभी प्रारूपों में कप दिलाने वाले को हम ऐसी टिप्पणियां कर रहे है| हम उनको भूल जाते है कि जिन्होंने अपनी में कप्तानी में आईसीसी T-20 वर्ल्ड कप 2007, चैम्पियंस ट्राफी 2013 और आईसीसी वर्ल्ड कप 2011 का ख़िताब दिलाया| धोनी को भारत के सफलतम कप्तानों में शुमार किया जाता है और अब हम उनसे और क्या उम्मीद कर सकते है| नए कप्तान को  पुराने कप्तान काफी सपोर्ट कर रहे है जिसका असर भारतीय टीम इंग्लैण्ड से वनडे श्रृंखला और ऑस्ट्रेलिया से टेस्ट श्रृंखला जीतने में कामयाब रही| आगे भी हम सभी भारतीय को ऐसे प्रदर्शन की उम्मीद है|

अब क्रिकेट काफी दिलचस्प होगा क्यूंकि भारतीय टीम में दो बड़े कप्तान है और विरोधी टीम को इनपर अंकुश लगाना काफी मुश्किल होगा | भारतीय टीम के लिहाज से बहुत बड़ी खुशखबरी |

Kulbhushan Jadhav: A Case of Misrepresented Identity

In spring of 2016, a radical group by the name Jaishul Adil abducted an Indian businessman Kulbhushan Jadhav from Pakistan-Iran border. Jaishul Adil is an extremist Sunni radical group, which is headed by Salahuddin Farooqui. The group owes its allegiance to the Al Qaeda and has in the past killed Shia pilgrims from Iran and has been accused of targeting Iranian border guards along the country's border with Pakistan's Balochistan province. Jaishul Adil has been designated as a terrorist organization by Iran.

The shallow charges of espionage put on Mr. Yadav is not just plain wrong but also can’t stand the test of international law.

Whether Mr. Jadhav was a deep cover intelligence operative or not is a subject of debate. A capturing country will likely always make claims about the heinous complicity of a ‘spy’ to provoke unrest and vandalism, backed by ‘confessions’. The key feature is the manner in which Pakistan has chosen to deal with the incident, which is significant:

• First, intelligence gathering is something that all countries and, by extension, their agencies conduct on a regular basis. This is done mainly to achieve strategic depths that involve penetrating other Governments establishments, intelligence etc. These are backed up by fool- proof plan that involves building a cover for the agents. Jadhav’s Indian ‘cover’ is so weak that it wouldn’t even stand a simple scrutiny, let alone of Pakistani counter-intelligence. Incomplete addresses in travel documents, travelling into Pakistan using an Indian passport (in the name of ‘Hussein Mubarak Patel’) and so on are neither the hallmarks of a spy, nor of a half decent cover.
• The very fact that the entire trial is based “only” on a video confession by Mr. Jadhav raises severe issues regarding the legality and fairness of these trials.

Video Confession and what’s wrong with it:

• It’s undisputable that Mr. Jadhav must have confessed under duress. The finality of confession could only be ascertained if consular access is granted to him.
• Mr. Jadhav confesses that he is still a navy officer and will be till 2022. If that’s true then there’s no way that he can go outside India on a business tour without resigning. The possibility of him being sent to gather intelligence also holds no ground since navy has no independent intelligence wing.
• Furthermore, Indian govt. has already clarified that he had taken premature retirement. As such the confession doesn’t holds up.
• Jadhav says he had done “basic assignments within India for RAW” before he joined the agency. But the RAW’s authority is external intelligence and agency does not conduct operation within India, the internal authority lies with Intelligence Bureau (IB).

Legal recourse and way forward:

India can take Pakistan to the International Court of Justice for denying it consular access to a citizen accused of espionage.

Article 36(1) of the Vienna Convention affords the following privileges to the consular officers of states for communicating with their national detained in another state: “(a) consular officers can freely communicate with nationals of the state where the individual has been detained; (b) upon request of the detainee, the detaining state must immediately inform the consular post of the detainee’s state and (c) consular officers can visit the detained individual and arrange for legal representation.”

While Pakistan seems to have adhered to 36(1) (a), it is unclear whether they have followed clause (b) or not. But it’s the flagrant violation of clause (c) that India can exploit to bring Pakistan on to its knees. So far Pakistan has rejected 14 requests to grant consular access to Mr. Jadhav, the latest being that of yesterday’s.

In response to death penalty given to Mr. Jadhav by Pakistan military court, the external affairs ministry has issued a notice to Pakistan stating: "If basic norms of law and justice are not observed, government and people of India will regard it as premeditated murder."

India has also stopped the release of around a dozen Pakistani prisoners who were going to be released by authorities day after tomorrow.

The way forward must be dragging Pakistan to International Court of Justice. It’s time to show them that we won’t bend. It’s time to show that we are more than willing to march till the last mile to free our citizen who has been kidnapped by a terrorist organization on behalf of Pakistan Intelligence agency- ISI.

गाँव और गुडगाँव

कहने को तो हम चाँद और मंगल पर पहुँच गए है, पर अभी भी हम मुलभूत समस्याओं से ही घिरे हैं, और आने वाले भविष्य में भी इसका सामाधान नहीं दिखता | देश को आजाद हुए 70 साल हो गए परन्तु अभी मिलेनियम सिटी कहे जाने वाले शहरों में ही ग्रामीण टाइप की समस्यायें विद्यमान है | महंगाई और बिजली का रोना तो रोज़ रोज़ का झंझट है ही | लेकिन साल भर में कुछ ही दिन बारिश होती है, उससे होने वाली परेशानियों से भी आज तक निज़ात नहीं मिल पाई |

गाँव में थे, तो बारिश आने पर यही सोचते थे की काश! शहर जैसी सड़क यहाँ भी होती तो आराम से खेत और चौराहे तक जा पाते | सड़कों पर थोड़ा कचड़ा होता था, क्योकिं सड़कें कच्ची थीं ( अब तो प्रधानमंत्री ग्रामीण सड़क योजना से मुख्य सड़कें पक्की हो गयी हैं ) | गाँव में पानी के निकासी की भी कोई समस्या नहीं हैं ( कुछ गाँव में रंजिश के कारण समस्याएं हैं |) , पानी आस-पास के गड्डों में इकठ्ठा हो जाता है | उस टाइम पर, बारिश के समय शहर को सोच-सोच अच्छा लगता था| लेकिन यहाँ गुडगाँव में (जो देश की मिलेनियम सिटी और आईटी सिटी के नाम से जाना जाता है ) थोड़ी सी ही बारिश में जिस तरह हर जगह पानी जमा हो जा रहा , सड़कें टूट जा रहीं और घंटों घंटों जाम लग जा रहा है , इसे देखकर तो यही लगता है की गाँव ही ठीक है क्या अंतर है गाँव और गुडगाँव में |

बेतरतीब तरीके से किया गया डेवलपमेंट, जहाँ ऊँचीं ऊँचीं गगनचुम्बी इमारतें खड़ी हैं , शीशे चमक रहे हैं, वहीँ नीचे सड़कों पर लोग पानी में अपनी-अपनी गाड़ियों और शरीर को लेकर नुरा-कुश्ती खेल रहे हैं | सड़कों पर लोग खड़े होकर यह सोच रहे हैं की पानी के दरिया को कैसे पार करूँ | हालत यह है की घंटो जाम से लोग परेशान हैं |

विकास की अंधी दौड़ में भागने पर, यही सब मूलभूत समस्याएँ दिखती नहीं, पर आगे परेशान बहुत करती हैं | और इसे गुडगाँव के लोग या देश के ऐसे किसी भी शहर के लोग जो बारिश के पानी से तबाह हैं, महसूस कर सकते हैं |

अब भारत में सिर्फ प्राकृतिक बाढ़ ही नहीं इंसानों द्वारा कृत्रिम तरीके से भी बाढ़ लाने की क्षमता है जिसका दोहन वह हर बारिश के मौसम में कर रहा है | मीडिया भी समय आने पर अपने काम की इतिश्री कर लेती है, और सरकारें भी बरसाती मेढक की तरह इलेक्ट्रोनिक चैनलों में टर्र-टर्र करके मौसम की तरह  बदल लेती हैं |

भाई ! चाँद और मंगल पर बाढ़ आये तो समझ लेना इंसान वहां रहने के लिए पहुँच गया है.

अल्लाह मेहरबान तो चोर की किस्मत भी मालामाल

इस शनिवार को भी मैं बहुत खुश था क्योंकी अगला दिन रविवार था, रविवार यानी छुट्टी का दिन तो इस रविवार को भी सोचा था की लेट से उठूँगा, लेकिन सात बजते ही न्यूज पेपर वाले ने दरवाजा खटखटा कर मेरी नींद तोड़ दी | सुबह सुबह पैसे मांगने आ धमका, अब क्या था उठ ही गया, तो किचन में घुसा और साफ़ – सफाई में लग गया | दोपहर को बाहर घुमने का प्लान बना लिया |

तैयार होकर बाहर निकल गया, चूँकि लंच बाहर करना था, शॉपिंग और डॉक्टर से अपॉइंटमेंट भी निबटाना था तो मैं तकरीबन 5 हजार रूपए लेकर निकल पड़ा | सबसे पहले मैंने एक रेस्तरां में भरपेट स्वादिष्ट खाना खाया | जितना खाया उसके हिसाब से पैसे देने में बड़ी ख़ुशी हुई | फिर डॉक्टर के पास गया, डॉक्टर ने फ़ीस नहीं ली और तो और दवाइयां भी फ्री में दे दी, मैं तो गदगद हो गया | शायद मेरे जान पहचान और पीआर काम आ गया | मन ही मन सोचा वाह ! क्या बात है, आज तो जैसे ऊपर वाले की दया – दृष्टी मेरे ऊपर से हट ही नहीं रही है | खूब पैसा बच रहा है |

उसके बाद जब मैं गुडगाँव गार्डन पहुंचा तो वहाँ काफ़ी भीड़ थी, लेकिन जैसे ही मैंने प्रवेश किया पूरी भीड़ एक साथ बाहर निकलने लगी, मानो मेरे लिए पूरा पार्क खाली हो रहा हो | पार्क घुमने के बाद शॉपिंग के लिए निकल पड़ा | वहाँ भी कम रेट में मुझे काफ़ी सस्ते कपड़े मिल गए, विश्वास नहीं हो रहा था की आज क्या हो रहा है भगवान मेरे ऊपर इतना मेहरबान क्यों है | उसके बाद मैं बिलिंग काउंटर पर पैसे देने के लिए वॉलेट निकालने के लिए जेब में हाथ डाला | मैं अचानक से डर गया | मेरे जेब में वॉलेट था ही नहीं | ध्यान से देखा तो पता चला किसी चोर ने मेरी जेब काट ली है | अब मैं समझ गया की दया – दृष्टी मेरे ऊपर नहीं बल्कि उस चोर पर थी और इसलिए हर जगह मेरे पैसे बचते ही जा रहे थे ताकि चोर के अकाउंट में अच्छे – खासे पैसे जमा हो जाए | फिर क्या ! मुंह लटकाए अपनी किस्मत को वहीँ गुड बाए बोलकर घर की ओर निकल पड़ा |

कला सच में प्रकृति की देन है

कहा जाता है की दुनिया में बहुत सी ऐसी चीजे होती है जिनको हम सीख सकते है लेकिन कुछ ऐसी भी चीज होती है जिनको हम चाह कर भी नहीं सीख सकते है और वो है कला | कला तो बहुत लोगो के पास होता है लेकिन एक सही मायने में कलाकार वही होता है जो कला का बखूबी प्रदर्शन कर सके |

एक चीज तो पहले के ज़माने में बहुत ख़राब और दुःख लगती थी कि जैसे ताजमहल को जिस कलाकार ने बनाई उसका हाथ काट दिया गया, कितना गलत बात है | पहले के राजा यह क्यों नहीं सोचते थे कि इतने बड़े कलाकार से कोई और अजूबा चीज का निर्माण कराया जा सकता है लेकिन ऐसा नहीं! शायद अगर वे कलाकारों के साथ ऐसा नहीं करते तो आज शायद भारत में ताजमहल दुनिया का सातवा अजूबा के साथ-साथ कई और अजूबे के निर्माण हुआ होता लकिन वे लोग स्वार्थी राजा थे अपना नाम और शोहरत के लिए अपनी मनमानी किया करते थे |  

आज बड़ी ख़ुशी होती है आज के ज़माने के कलाकारों को हाथ काटने के बजाय बल्कि उनको प्रोत्साहित किया जाता है | बहुत सालो बाद मुझे आज काफी ख़ुशी मिली जब एक कलाकार को उसके कला का श्रेय मिला जिनका नाम है श्री नरेश कुमार वर्मा | जो राजस्थान के मूल निवासी है लेकिन गुड़गाँव में उनके पिता जी ने कला को प्रदर्शित करने के लिए एक सेंटर स्थापित किये जिसका नाम है मातुराम आर्ट सेंटर्स | नरेश जी कलाकारी का नमूना देश विदेश में भी आज चर्चा का विषय है | भारत में उन्होंने कई ऐसे बड़ी मुर्तिया जैसे हनुमान जी, शंकर जी, कृष्णा जी इत्यादि की मुर्तिया बनाई है जो अपने आप में अजूबा है| इसके अलावा उन्होंने विदेशो नेपाल, मोरिशस और कनाडा में भी अपनी हुनर पेश कर चुके है |

हर एक कलाकार की ख्वाइश होती है उसकी कलाकारी का नमूना पूरी दुनिया को पता चले | हाल ही में दीनदयाल उपाध्याय संपूर्णवांग्मय के लोकार्पण के मौके पर दीनदयाल के मूर्ति का अनावरण प्रधानमंत्री नरेद्र मोदी के द्वारा हुई | यहाँ पर नरेश जी के लिए एक अजूबा और ताजमहल के कलाकार के लिए भी अजूबा था लेकिन फर्क बस इतना है कि शाहजहाँ ने उस कलाकार के हाथ कटवा दिए और यहाँ नरेश जी को आगे एक और अजूबा बनाने के लिए मौका मिला | नरेश जी के लिए इससे बड़ी चीज क्या हो सकती है जिनकी कलाकारी का अनावरण कोई और नहीं बल्कि देश का प्रधानमंत्री कर रहा हो| कम से कम नरेश जी के हाथ तो सुरक्षित है | पहले के जमाने में कलाकारों के पास हुनर होते हुए भी एक डर था जिसकी वजह से बहुत से ऐसे कलाकार अपने कला को छुपाने में भलाई समझे | यही वो बदलाव है जो कही न कही आज के कलाकारों को आगे बढ़ने के लिए प्रोत्साहित कर रहा है |
